Key to this phase is helping clients understand their design aesthetic, walking them through the research phase of educating themselves on styles and working with them to hone in on the appropriate direction of their project. We use varying tools throughout this process, whether it be organizing thoughts through Pinterest or the tried and true process of flipping through magazines.

interior architecture

Early on in a project many important decisions get made before a client can visualize the space or start seeing it come together. The layout of a room, the lighting design, what the millwork looks like, how the cabinetry is detailed, all these are explored in defining the interior architecture of a space. Depending on the project scope, we can team with with an architect as needed or work through all these details with you, helping form the design direction of the interior space. We achieve this through sketches, renderings and computer-generated drawings; whatever tool works best to aid a client in understanding the development of their project.

The world of product selection in interiors can be daunting, let alone the documenting and implementation. We guide clients through the process of selecting finishes, plumbing, lighting, hardware and more, keeping us on target with the overall design intention in addition to the clients budget. Once selections are made we create and produce the documentation needed to issue these products to our clients contractor in addition to the drawings detailing installation.

With our design eye and expertise combined with our valuable trade resources we help clients demystify the world of decorating and finish off their house, make it a home. We work with clients with something as simple as a sofa selection or for the client with the busy life we can provide a turn-key project guiding them in selections right down to the last accessory and piece of art. We typically scour antique stores and vintage resources on a regular basis along with our typical stops; working hard to provide varied and creative options for our clients.

Our procurement services take the legwork out of ordering, tracking and installation of furnishings, hoping to take stress off the process for clients and make it fun. We want you to be thrilled and delighted with your new home, so when you walk in you’ll say, ‘wow! I can’t believe I live here!’
